Verizon Posts First iPhone 4 Commercial

iPhone_4_new_bumpersIt appears that the first Verizon commercial for the iPhone 4 is hitting YouTube.

Our friends over at Mac|Life have the video embedded on their blog. It’s only a 30 second clip and it doesn’t show the iPhone 4. At the end of the video it has this narration, “To our millions of customers, who never stopped believing this day would come.”

The post further goes on to talk about the sighting of new bumpers due to the slightly different button configuration of Verizon’s version of the iPhone.

Google Chrome Drops H.264 Video

Chromium LogoOn Tuesday Google announced that they are dropping support for H.264 video in favor of their own WebM. The announcement sent shockwaves across the tech world.

Google says that they are dropping the support for their Chrome browser to “enable open innovation” quite a contradiction since they will still continue to support the extremely closed Adobe Flash.

Cisco unveils Internet TV
