Q. Do I have to be a Member of MacSC to be an Affiliate?
A. No. But we would suggest that it is a good idea to know what you are promoting.
Q. How do I find me Affiliate Link?
A. Go to the Affiliate Login Panel and login with your Username and Password. Look for the Banners and Links area for text and image banners you can use.
Q. How do I get paid for my referrals?
A. We use the PayPal Mass Pay option to instantly pay any commissions that are owed to our Affiliates each month. You must have an email address that is associate with your PayPal account on file with us. This was part of the Affiliate Sign up process. Double check this to make sure we can pay you properly.
Q. How often do you pay your Affiliates?
A. We pay once a month between the 8th and the 15th of that month for the previous month. The slight delay is for use to do accounting and make sure our payout is accurate.
Q. How to I view the Member Videos?
A. All information about each Cast (video) is available to the public to view and read except the actual movie. Active Members must login to see the Cast. Once you are logged in and click on the title of the Cast you want to view the Play Movie image will appear on the next page.
Q. The Movies won’t play. What do I do now?
A. First make sure your Browser is up to date with the latest version. Check Software Updates in the Apple Menu or System Preference. Set your Preference to allow Javascript. See the Preference Panel of your browser. If all else fails, restart your computer and try again.
